Good morning, good afternoon and good evening!

Of all the MPH emails I have put together, this one by far was the hardest to write...

After 10+ amazing years working together, Sal has decided to leave MPH in pursuit of other dreams. Please join me in wishing him the best of luck and much success in the future. While he may not be here every day, he is always watching from the mural (and pops in from time to time) so as he would say...be good! Thanks for everything Sal!

With that huge news comes more - I am pleased to announce the arrival of our new Executive Chef, Michael Borges. Some have already met him as he was out greeting tables on his first day! Chef Michael is "defecting from downtown" where he was the opening and Executive Chef at Henry's Tavern for the last 5+ years. I am very excited about his arrival and his commitment to join my mission...stand out in suburbia!

I know what you're thinking....is he taking this off the menu, is he taking that off the menu, and what new things is he bringing? We are very proud of our menu and this is not a total overhaul, however, Chef has already made some tasty changes you may not see but will definitely notice! His commitment to fresh, creative and high quality ingredients will strengthen MPH as Beaverton's gathering place of choice.

Here is a sampling of some changes planned over the next several weeks:

> A switch to Ciabatta dinner bread with Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

> A separate lunch menu of more affordable options & expanded Lunch Express Combos with half sandwich choices too!

> Watch for an expanded "fresh sheet" dinner menu featuring more seafood and steaks.

> Our "Country Specials" may change more often than monthly but will definitely continue!
